Corporate Touch Rugby Teambuilding Challenge
We have created what we
believe to be a truly unique and innovative way to use touch rugby as a
development delivery vehicle, and deliver it via a touch rugby
project.
In conjunction with a top level rugby
club we arrange a touch rugby teambuilding challenge festival.
Organisations enter an initial squad of fifteen people, all of whom
participate in leadership, teambuilding and performance coaching events
designed to improve their personal skills. All these events use touch
rugby as a training delivery method.
The squad then select one individual to
act in the role of team manager, two coaches and twelve players.
After allowing a suitable period of time
to practice and train, the squads come together to participate in a one
day competitive touch ruby festival. For those who are not familiar with
the concept of touch rugby, it is a "non-contact" sport,
requiring high levels of teamwork. It is suitable for male and female
participants.

regional level.
